PATHFINDERS LETTER: CHARTING A BIG VISION
We're re-architecting the Pathfinder path from sharing your story to early-stage support to realizing legacy social impact. Later in the month, this shift will start emerging here on our website.
March 7, 2025
We're back for another Friday check-in!
This week, we made significant strategy decisions and completed exciting visioning work. Our founder and intrepid COO, Jeff Lamb completed most of his work from bed with the flu, however it did not seem to impact his epic productivity!
Where to start...
Well, let me start with a story that one of our passionate members, ✨ Kay Lock Kolp, M.Ed., pointed us toward after a very excited verbal dumping from Andrew :-)

With all kinds of inspirations, including this story, we gained exciting new clarity on what Pathfinders can become...
A forest full of Pathfinders, each with an interesting story, visions for a better world, and manifestations always in action for the greater good. There'll be many paths through that Pathfinders forest; some of what you'll see will be mature old growth while others will be saplings ... and everything in between. Underneath the surface, a web will link the forest together to provide the proper support at the right time.
The forest will look after itself and our planet.
And like with most things on the planet, our human role is to allow this natural magic to happen and stay out of the way.
As you might imagine, our view of a Pathfinder's journey has evolved.
We're re-architecting the Pathfinder path from sharing your story to early-stage support to realizing legacy social impact. Later in the month, this shift will start emerging on our website.
This shift has also changed our branding.
Pathfinders For Good is our updated brand. We'll operate with two aligned and supportive legal entities: a business corporation called Pathfinders For Good Inc. and a registered not-for-profit charity called Pathfinders For Good Foundation.
We've added more details about the vision to our public Pathfinders For Good Notion page.
Stay tuned for more in the weeks to come!
In Case You Missed It
This week, we released two exciting episodes:
Kendrick Faison

His path from federal service to entrepreneurship was driven by a singular vision: to bridge the gap between technology, education, and career access.

A Word from Samson
"I'm busy working out and gathering nuggets that will help support your Pathfinders journey. I enjoy it when you test me on a new question, so please continue to visit the website and do so. Like any good sloth, I'm hanging out in the bottom right corner of the website. Feel free to leave me some feedback to chew on!"
Share Your Story
Are you a Pathfinder?
Our description is "ethical changemakers addressing society's most pressing challenges."
You might be doing this inside a workplace that doesn't always feel like a 'for good' setting, as an activist fighting for a more just world, a social entrepreneur, or a non-profit leader or team member.
We're as excited about the everyday heroes as the high-profile leaders.
Your story can inspire others to take action -- that's what we're all about.
We invite you to join us at Pathfinders and take the first step by applying to share your story. And yes, feel free to share the link with others who deserve to have their story told.
We believe the world is better when we share our journeys openly, lift each other and take bold steps forward together.
